Shipping and Exchange

1. Nothing is shipped

We do not sell physical goods, so there is no shipping, no delivery charge and no delivery address. The only thing you can buy on Breathaway is likes, which are credits inside your account.

2. How and when you receive what you bought

Likes are added to your Breathaway account as soon as your payment is confirmed, normally within a minute. You will see the new balance on the credits screen in the app, and the purchase in your credit history.

Occasionally a payment provider confirms a payment a little later than usual. If your likes have not appeared within 30 minutes, please write to us and we will either add them or refund you in full.

3. How long likes last

Each pack shows how long its likes last before they expire, on the screen where you buy it, and the expiry date is shown on your credits screen afterwards. Likes that expire unused are not refundable, so it is worth buying a pack you will use.

4. Exchanges

Because likes are digital and delivered at once, they cannot be exchanged for a different pack, transferred to another account, or converted back into money. If a purchase went wrong, our Cancellation and Refund policy explains when we refund.

5. Where we operate

Breathaway is operated from India by Beamitlive Online Services Private Limited. Prices are shown in the currency of your country, and you are charged in that currency by our payment provider.
